Falling Leaves and Dimming Days

This old house is falling down around my ears
I'm drowning in a river of my tears
When all my will is gone you hold me sway
I need you at the dimming of the day

You pulled me like the moon pulls on the tide
You know just where I keep my better side

Thank you everyone for your wonderful thoughts, emails, and comments about my new venture...I will post more very soon and I apologize that I haven't responded to each and every one of you!

  2. I don't know if anyone has a more beautiful voice than Alison Krauss. It's somewhat of an 'almost' sad song and yet her voice just makes me want to listen to it in it's entirety. Thanks for posting it!

  5. Your photography skills are amazing. I just started a blog and that is one thing I need to learn how to do- take decent pictures. I am your newest follower and look forward to getting to see more of your images.

  7. This song is just how I feel today. Tried to knit a simple pattern, didn't understand it, and ended up shedding tears over it. And I'm not a crier. Now I'm pissed off at myself but I decided to cut me some slack. Then I came inside my crumbly house that sometimes feels like it's falling down around me and there you were with this song to make me feel better. Thanks, Kat.
