What's On The Agenda

Hello bloggy friends!  I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!!

This morning and afternoon I will be helping my two sisters clean out my parent's house and start getting it ready to put up for sale.  That means sorting through kitchen wares, books, dishes, you name it.  And then, we'll be ripping down lots of wallpaper!

Not exciting enough for ya?  Well here is a little run down of my weekend and the week ahead.

Saturday evening - House photo shoot for the blog (you guys will love this house!).

Sunday - 3 house photo shoots...yes 3!!!

Monday - House interview for magazine.

Tuesday - House photo shoot.

Wednesday - Breathe...maybe!

Thursday - Bed and Breakfast photo shoot 2 1/2 hours away!

Friday - Store photo shoot, and two scouting photo shoots of houses, 2 hours away in the opposite direction of Thursday's shoot!

Saturday - Barn show...I hope!

Sunday - Breakfast in bed, back rub, some hammock time, and NOTHING on the agenda!

What do you have planned for this weekend and next week?!

  1. Oh, my word. Nothing like your plans. Today we're heading to Phila. and then to NJ to visit the in-laws who have people over from the homeland (England). I made broccoli salad. Damn, that stuff is fattening. Remind me not to partake of my own offering, ok?
And I have a hammock pic almost like this one! It's the 5th one down:

  4. Oh a back rub and a hammock sound nice right about now! I've got the kids home on vacation from school this coming week and hubby took Monday and Tuesday off. I'm hoping the rain we're having goes away so we can get some yardwork done!

  5. Kat, I am exhausted just reading your schedule. I did not know you did photo shoots for magazines. I keep learning more and more about you. Taking down wallpaper is no fun. I have taken it down in too small bathrooms and it took forever. Nothing much planned here even though I need to get a lot of cleaning out done and I need to iron some things. Yuck, I hate ironing. Going to go see the grandbabies next weekend! Looking forward to that!

  8. Sounds vaguely familiar :) I don't envy you having to tear down wallpaper. Our present home was built in the 70's and came with lots of glorious green, gold and metallic paper lol. You have a very busy week ahead, but your Sunday schedule sounds awesome. Kathy

  12. Whew! I'm tired just looking at your schedule.

Hubby and I spent the day doing Garden Tour and seeing amazing homes and gardens in the beautiful Virginia countryside (pics to come on the blog very soon). Hockey playoff game and pizza tonight (Go Caps!). Working in the garden tomorrow ... gotta get the roses in shape for the opening on May 29. The weeds are winning.

  13. And I'll still be on vacation! I've missed reading your posts, and now just getting caught up. Love that shot of the bird on the branches. On our way to NC, I thought of you all the way through Maryland! You have a crazy but fun sounding schedule Kat. ~Lili

  20. Hi Kat! You have a busy week! My husband and I went down for a "work" weekend at our lakehome, but it was so nice out we decided the work could wait and went antiquing, had great dinners and enjoyed being at the lake...and left our laptops home! I think we need to do that much more often!
